Revolutionising People Analytics

Have you ever wondered why traditional surveys fall short in solving real business issues and may even create new ones?

The answer lies in their inability to reveal what people truly feel.

Conventional methods rely on direct questions, engaging the conscious mind that's susceptible to biases and moderation (people all too often say what they think you want to hear).

However, did you know that only a mere 5% of our daily decisions are conscious choices?

As business leaders, we've all faced the struggle of obtaining answers that reflect how people truly feel in the workplace.

But now, there's a groundbreaking initiative that delves deeper than ever before, tapping into the non-conscious part of the brain to capture raw emotions even before thoughts are formed.

Introducing dna, a revolutionary survey method that deciphers both explicit and implicit responses to get to the root of problems quicker and more efficiently than ever before.

By capturing what people say they feel (their conscious, moderated answers) as well as how they truly feel (their non-conscious gut reactions), we provide unparalleled insights that will transform your business.

Our mission is to equip our clients with the laser vision they need, to zoom in on the actual issues affecting their organisation, so that they know exactly what actions to prioritise NOW to ensure the organisation achieves it's business objectives and builds a workplace culture that consistently delivers outstanding performance from every member of staff.

Say goodbye to guesswork and welcome a new era of genuine understanding.

Act now and unlock the power of authentic insights for your business!

All too often people will say what they think you want to hear.

This happens for many reasons, including fear (what will happen to me if I tell the truth), anxiety (I don't want to rock the boat), and survival/progress (what do I need to say to ensure I get as little grief as possible)

dna: goes deeper than any other survey solution, accessing the non-conscious part of the brain, to capture what people feel - before thoughts are even formed. It captures what people say they feel: their conscious, moderated answers - these are their explicit responses – as well as how people actually feel: their non-conscious gut, reactions – these are their implicit responses.

We collects responses to statements about the areas that matter to you: employee experience, leadership, business decisions, wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, risk management, resilience, mental health – as many statements as you need – and then we compare the two (implicit v explicit).

We capture both, because what we say we feel and how we actually feel are often very different. The difference between the two is what we call Cognitive Dissonance.

This can be clearly seen in the radial diagram (fig 3). The greater the gap between implicit and explicit scores, the higher the levels of cognitive Dissonance. The explicit, conscious responses are scored in blue and the implicit, non-conscious responses are recorded in green. Where the scores are close together, you’ve got low cognitive dissonance and people are responding authentically. Where you see the gap start to open up though, the implicit becomes significantly lower than the explicit, suggesting a degree of inauthenticity.
